By booking with Auto Labs Detailing, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile appointments, the customer must provide a safe and legal area to work. The vehicle should be accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
Water and electricity is needed, the customer must provide access unless otherwise discussed before the appointment.
Vehicle Condition & Service Time
Estimated appointment times are based on average vehicle condition. Heavily soiled vehicles may require a dedicated appointment to allow enough time for proper cleaning. Please request a consultation or contact us by email before booking so we can recommend the correct service, pricing, and appointment time.
Excessive mess, stains, pet hair, sand, mud, odors, excessive bugs, sap, tar, or heavy buildup may require additional time, an upcharge, or a follow-up appointment depending on schedule availability.
If additional time is needed and our schedule does not allow it, we will complete the best possible service within the reserved appointment window and recommend next steps.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting prices based on vehicle size and average condition. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition, selected add-ons, excessive buildup, pet hair, stains, or special requests.
Heavy-condition vehicles may require extra time at $30 per 30 minutes, depending on schedule availability.
Payment Methods
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We may accept payment through cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payment apps, or other approved payment methods. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers when applicable. Returned payments, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions may result in refusal of future service.
Personal Items
Please remove personal belongings, valuables, money, important documents, and fragile items before the appointment. Anything that is not removed from area such as trunk, center console storage, will be presumed as not wanted cleaned. Car Seats and other permeant devices may be left in vehicle however that area will be left untouched. Auto Labs Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Pre-Existing Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, clear coat failure, peeling paint, cracked panels, loose trim, broken controls, worn leather, weak fabrics, or damaged electronics. A vehicle inspection may be completed before starting the service.
Stains, Odors & Results
We will do our best to improve stains, odors, buildup, and contamination, but some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, or damage may not be fully removable.
Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and material of the vehicle.
Weather & Rescheduling
Mobile appointments may need to be rescheduled due to rain, storms, extreme heat, extreme cold, high winds, or unsafe working conditions.
If weather affects the appointment, we will contact the customer to reschedule.
Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Customers should be available at the scheduled appointment time. If the customer is late or unavailable, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Add-Ons & Extra Time
Add-ons must be selected during booking or requested before the service begins. Some add-ons may require extra time. If extra work is requested during the appointment, it may be completed only if our schedule allows. Otherwise, it may need to be scheduled for another appointment.
Right to Refuse Service
Auto Labs Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, hazardous materials, aggressive behavior, or vehicles that may pose a health or safety risk.
Photos & Media
Before and after photos may be taken for quality, documentation, and marketing purposes. License plates and personal information will be hidden or avoided when possible. If you do not want your vehicle used for photos or marketing, please let us know before the service begins.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is an issue with the completed service, please let us know before we leave or within 24 hours of the appointment. We will review the concern and do our best to make it right.
